Editorial Policy
Last Updated: July 9, 2026
This Editorial Policy explains how Bot Management Solutions researches, ranks, and presents information about enterprise bot management platforms, and how our commercial relationships work.
How We Research Platforms
- Public vendor documentation and published product specifications
- Third-party evaluation frameworks, including Gartner Peer Insights ratings and The Forrester Wave
- Vendor-published detection metrics, such as false-positive and false-negative rates, where a vendor has made them public
- Publicly available regulatory and compliance documentation, including material relevant to the General Data Protection Regulation
Where a vendor has not independently published a specific metric, we state that plainly on our comparison table rather than estimating or inferring a number.
How We Rank and Compare
Comparisons on this site are organized around detection accuracy, false-positive and false-negative performance, deployment model, compliance scope, and fit for specific verticals, including iGaming and FinTech. We do not accept payment from bot management vendors in exchange for placement, rating, or ranking on this site.
Commercial Relationship Disclosure
This site may recommend third-party implementation and configuration services for enterprise bot management deployments, separate from the bot management platform vendors compared above. We can receive compensation when a reader is referred to one of these services. This commercial relationship does not influence how bot management platforms are ranked or compared; those rankings are based solely on the research criteria described above.
